Our support workers are overseen by managers who have worked within the fields of child protection, children looked after, and have social work qualifications. We welcome new social work graduates and other experienced social work professionals to the organisation.

PCCS staff offer far more than just accommodation and support. Our objective is to guide our clients to independence. This cannot be successfully achieved if the client is not proactively monitored; more over our staff members are tasked with recording the client’s movements, decision making, conversations and actions each day.

 

These daily logs are used to create a weekly report, providing an overview on our clients, allowing PCCS and relevant professionals the opportunity to thoroughly assess and understand the client’s needs and areas for development.

 

The logs also enable us to see patterns and understand why incidents may have taken place.
